Every staff member was incredibly nice and affable. The hotel was set in a very central area close to the beach and the main street in Playa Del Carmen, the center and Playa Del Carmen. Moreover, it was 3 km from a massive mosque...

We endured significant noise disturbances throughout the night. The water pump below our room cycled on and off constantly. Not all windows sealed well, leaving us feeling vulnerable to outside elements.

My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. The staff team was welcoming and great. The location was good, just a pleasant stroll away from Grand Riviera Casino.

The room was reasonably spacious and had private bathroom plus a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator

Had a good time at Sole Suites! The two-bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for us. The rooftop pool provided great relaxation after days out, though some pool chairs would have been nice. Just watch out for the hallway light. It's pretty dim!

Convenient access to a full-size kitchen made preparing snacks easy, especially with a 7-Eleven just across the street. The rooftop pool offered a serene escape with fine ocean views. Walking downtown was easy, getting to popular restaurants and the beach was quick. The room had some issues, inadequate towels, and the safe didn't work even after the battery replacement. The suite also had stairs leading to the pool without handrails. A few more lounge chairs by the pool would enhance the experience.

The spacious two-bedroom suite featured a full-size kitchen, offering great convenience for late-night snacks from the nearby 7-Eleven. The rooftop pool area was a tranquil retreat with beautiful sea views, allowing ample relaxation time. We encountered some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. The underground parking entrance was quite tight, so be cautious if driving.

Just a decent option for a weekend trip in Playa del Carmen with definitely value for money. The rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax, though a little crowded. Bring your own towels if you're planning to swim, as they might not have enough available.

The two-bedroom suite provided ample space for our family and made meal preparation easy with the full kitchen. The walk-in shower was definitely a highlight. We appreciated the bicycles available for a fun way to explore the area. The beautiful landmark view from the rooftop pool allowed for peaceful evenings while enjoying the sunset.

The overall cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

Celebrating a birthday with friends made it even better, especially with the spacious two-bedroom suite and the awesome rooftop pool. The full kitchen was perfect for late-night snacks!
